Tony Moran feat Debby Holiday - I Like You

Tony Moran has teamed up with Dance diva Debby Holiday to cover Phyllis Nelson's 1985 hit "I Like You". The main version produced by Tony and longtime collaborator Warren Rigg is an uplifting peakhour masterpiece. Debby's vocals are mesmerizing. There are additional remixes by Edson Pride with Leandro Moraes, James Anthony, Nick Bertossi, Phil B with Andy Allder, and Twisted Dee. Edson Pride and Leandro Moraes keep the peakhour vibe of the main mix, however, there's is a tad harder. James Anthony's mixes are much darker and have some dazzling, Trancey synths. Nick Bertossi's mix is more tribal and has some well-timed electro buildups and breakdowns. Phil B & Andy Allder provide a Hi Nrg meets Electro House mix which has a slight 80s vibe. It has a deep bassline. Twisted Dee's mix has a big room Trance flavor to it as well. Every single remix is great with the main one being the best of the bunch, but all are thoroughly enjoyable.

Cherie Lily - Body (The Remixes, Part 2)

This is the second set of remixes for the sexy workout song. The Carry Nation, Dani Toro, Nick Bertossi, and Nick Harvey provide the new mixes. The Carry Nation delivers a bass heavy peak hour mix. Dani Toro's mix is tribal, but it has some cute 90s Handbag House elements. Nick Bertossi's mix is percussion driven with all sorts hard drums and buildups. Nick Harvey's main mix on this second package is different from the ones he did previously. It's harder. His Instradub is really hot too. Overall, every mix is great.

Inaya Day & DJ Escape - Make Some Noise (Part 2)

Weeks after the release of part 1 comes the part 2 featuring remixes by Dom Capello, Razor N Guido, and Stephan Grondin & Nick Bertossi. Dom Capello's contemporary tribal/electro dub with just a few spoken parts. Razor N Guido deliver with their usual tribal goodness. Their Duhb is the treat with the re-created "Distortion" piano hook. Stephan Grondin and Nick Bertossi's tribal mix is also quite good. The late 90s 'pots n pans' sound that was characteristic of that time shines through at just the right moments. Also included is a full acapella. Overall, the Razor N Guido Duhb is the highlight of part 2. The Escape & Coluccio club mix and dub from Part 1 is also included as is radio edit.

Inaya Day & DJ Escape - Make Some Noise (Part 1)

Several months in the making, the Gospel/House diva known for the classics "Keep Pushin", "Hold Your Head Up High", and "Movin' Up" has teamed up with one of the Circuit scene's brightest stars for this new single. This song has the same soul and passion that made her earlier hits so memorable and beloved. Inaya sounds amazing. The main production by DJ Escape with Tony Coluccio is in their signature synthy, tribal style, though it is more anthemic than usual. The dub of the main version would work as a great tease to the full mix. Additional remixes on this first package are by Eddie Elias and Peter Presta.  Eddie's mixes are even harder than the main ones, capturing the big room vibe of Earth era Junior Vasquez mixes (especially the ones he did with Joe Carrano). Peter Presta's mix is hard as well, but it has more of a techy, tribal feel. It's nice as well. Rounding out the package is a DJ tool with just some of Inaya's ad libs and some of the main hook. Overall, every mix is great. A 2nd package with more mixes is planned for a later release with a lineup including Dom Capello, Johnny Vicious, Razor & Guido, Stephan Grondin, Nick Bertossi. This is sure to be the massive this year.

Mars and Vans feat Adam Turner - Amazing

This is a gorgeous new release from the Swishcraft record label. It features the vocals of Alt-Rock sounding Adam Turner. The Original Club Mix is a funky big room House mix. It makes best use of the vocals. The Mixshow edit of that one shortens it just enough for easier mixing. Matt Consola & LFB Swishcraft's mix is harder and more anthemic. Nick Bertossi's mix is in a contemporary Electro/House style. Cristian Poow's mix is in a similar style as the original but has harder beats and sounds a little more Almighty-ish with the synths. A minimal piano ballad mix called the Moonlight mix is included as well. The song works quite well in this arrangement.

The Original Club Mix of the song is featured in the promo video for Abercrombie & Fitch's new store opening in Munich, Germany.

Overall, every mix of this is really great, however the Original, Matt Consola & LFB, and Moonlight mixes are the standouts of the package.
