This is the singer-songwriter's newest single. It is a melancholy midtempo dubstep inflected ballad. It has the feel of an early 90s Erasure track. The song has been spiced up for the dancefloor with a massive package of remixes. All of the mixes are well-done, however, the best of the bunch are by Frank Lamboy, Mike Rizzo, and Taj. Frank Lamboy's is a hard peak hour stormer while Mike Rizzo's is more mainstream and chill. Taj's accessible big room mix with a massive drop will work the best overall.

Aiden Leslie - Nobody Said (The Remixes)
The Dance/Pop song's remix package was released yesterday. Aiden shows off his smooth falsetto along with some great harmonies on the catchy song. The remixes are by The All Nighters, Frank Lamboy, Georgie Porgie, Joe Gauthreaux, and Klubjumpers. The All Nighters deliver a mix that is electro house driven. Frank Lamboy's 80s Hi Nrg meets contemporary House mix is so pretty. Georgie Porgie and Joe Gauthreaux both deliver big room mixes, however, Georgie's is darker while Joe's is more peak hour. The Klubjumpers mix has a big room undertone but it's more mainstream. Overall, every mix is great, but Frank Lamboy's is the best of the bunch.

Bridgit Mendler - Hurricane (Remixes)
This is the current single from the actress turned singer. It was actually released in October of 2012, but the remixes have been released just now. The midtempo song is partially sung, but mostly rapped. It's a lot of fun. The remixes are by Alex Ghenea, Belanger, Bit Error, C&M, and Frank Lamboy. Alex Ghenea's mix is in a similar style as the original as it he C&M mix. The latter is a bit more Dance-oriented. Belanger's mix has an 80s synthpop sound. Bit Error's mixes are big room-oriented, yet they are also quite mainstream-sounding. Both of these are at a traditional club tempo. Frank Lamboy's mixes are a bit slower in tempo, but faster than the original. Overall, every remix is really good, but the Bit Error and Frank Lamboy ones are the best of the bunch.

DJ JST featuring Jenn Cuneta - Nothing Compares 2 U (Remixes Part 2)
(Part 1 reviewed here back in June)
Their lovely dancefloor-oriented cover of the Prince-penned song "Nothing Compares 2 U", originally recorded by Sinead O'Connor has a second set of remixes. The additional mixes are by Barona & Hull, Jason Jayma, and Glenn Friscia & Frank Lamboy. Barona & Hull's mix is actually a radio edit of their already wonderful dark circuit/trance mix from the first release. Jason Jayma's mix really shines in its extended version with the gothic synths and hard tribal drums. The edit it nice too, but it's best enjoyed long. Friscia & Lamboy's mix is very atmospheric and has a lovely 80s synthpop feel, however, it has some contemporary electro synths too. Every version is great! Overall, Jason Jayma's mix is the best of the bunch.

LaKisha Jones - Let's Go Celebrate
There are remixes by Jody Den Broeder, Friscia & Lamboy, and One Cool Cuban. Jody delivers the goods with a funky piano-driven Disco throwback. It's very classy and just what the song needs. Friscia & Lamboy provide an electro/house mix that is a bit dirtier. It's an interesting throwback to the rave-type mixes of the 90's. The amount of vocoding on the vocals as heard on the original is a bit distracting at times and sometimes clashes with the production. One Cool Cuban's are sort of in-between what the other two did. They're just okay. Jody's is the best overall.
Radio edits of the Jody Den Broeder and Friscia & Lamboy mixes are available as bonus tracks on the iTunes release of her album. Get them here.
